WELCOME TO GSU CREW
Rowing Club at Georgia State University
In Oakridge, Tennessee Georgia State arrived early in order to complete their time trials for the day. Boats would race once in the morning on a shortened course, staggered in head race fashion, in order to place into a final later in the day. Entered at SIRA was a women's 2-, which placed into B Finals, and won 1st in their B Final by over a minute. A men's 2- also raced, which was the first pair race for both rowers that day, and their time trial placed them in a B Final as well. The women's novice 4+ came in fourth in their final, and the men's novice 4+ did not place into any final as their heat was so big.
Lots of progress was made in terms of small boats, as the two pairs gained more experience in order to prep for ACRA.
