M-F 4:50-6:30 AM!

*Dues are $350
+ $70 for uniform
*Spandex, water bottles, running shoes (not flip flops or crocs) should always be available
TRY TO AVOID registering for Friday afternoon classes for the 2010 school year!
Reminders for Practice: PRACTICE STARTS AT 4:50am
Wear SPANDEX type shorts for rowing in boats and working out on ergs...
Always bring RUNNING SHOES and your own WATER BOTTLE...
